These terms & Conditions apply to programs, workshops and experiences provided by Imagination Co Australia. By confirming a booking, the person or organisation making the booking agrees to the following terms.

Enquires & Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through the website does not confirm booking.

A booking is confirmed once the program, date, time, location and other relevant details have been agreed upon and confirmation has been provided by Imagination Co Australia.

Bookings are subject to availability.

Program Information

Every effort is made to provide programs as described. Activities may be adjusted where necessary to suit the age, abilities, needs, group size, venue or circumstances of participants.

Some programs may also be adapted to provide a more inclusive and appropriate experience for the group.

Group Sizes

Maximum group sizes may vary depending on the program being booked.

Any group size limits or session requirements will be discussed during the booking process and should be followed to help provide a safe, enjoyable experience.

Venue & Space Requirements

Specific venue requirements may apply depending on the program, including appropriate indoor areas or suitable outdoor spaces.

If the venue is found to be unsuitable or unsafe, activities may need to be modified, relocated or unable to proceed.

Weather & Outdoor Programs

Outdoor programs are subject to suitable weather and ground conditions.

Activities may need to be changed, postponed, relocated or cancelled where conditions could affect participant safety.

Where possible, alternative arrangements will be discussed with the person or organisation responsible for the booking

Supervision of children

For programs involving children, appropriate supervision must be provided by the school, organisation, service, parent, carer or responsible adult throughout the session.

Andrea does not replace the supervising staff or responsible safety instructions during activities.

Activities may be modified or stopped where continuing could create an unreasonable safety risk.

Schools, organisations, services, parents or carers should advise Imagination Co Australia before the session of any relevant requirements that may affect safe participation.

Equipment

Equipment supplied by Imagination Co Australia remains the property of Imagination Co Australia

Participants are expected to use equipment appropriately and follow instructions provided during the session.

All equipment used by Imagination Co Australia is regularly checked and maintained to support safe participation.

Deliberate or intentional damage to equipment will result in the client being charged for the cost of repair or replacement.

Fee & Payment

Program fees and any applicable travel, venue or additional costs will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

Invoices must be paid according to the payment terms shown on the invoice.

Cancellations & Changes

We understand that plans sometimes change.

Where a booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please contact Imagination Co Australia as soon as possible.

The following cancellation terms apply:

More than 28 days before the booking: No cancellation fee.

14-28 days notice: 20% of the total booking fee.

7-13 days notice: 50% of the total booking fee.

Less than 7 days notice: 100% of the total booking fee.

Cancellation fees are based on the total confirmed booking value.

Where possible, Imagination Co Australia may offer the option to reschedule instead of cancelling, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Imagination Co Australia

On rare occasions, a program may need to be cancelled or postponed due to illness, unsafe conditions, emergencies or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and, where appropriate, work with you to arrange another date.

Photography & Video

Making a booking does not automatically provide permission for photographs or videos of participants to be used for advertising, social media or other promotional purposes.

Appropriate permission or consent will be obtained where required before identifiable images are used by Imagination Co Australia.

Accessibility & Individual Needs

We aim to create welcoming experiences that allow people to participate in ways that are appropriate for them.

Please let us know about relevant accessibility requirements or adjustments when making your enquiry so these can be discussed before the program.

Insurance & Checks

Imagination Co Australia maintains relevant insurance, clearances and checks appropriate to the services provided.
